Brookdale Vista has a friendly and inviting energy that immediately makes visitors feel at home. The staff were engaging and attentive, showing real warmth toward residents. My elder sister noted how residents seemed genuinely happy participating in activities and enjoying social spaces. The layout of the facility allowed for both group engagement and quiet relaxation.
